The balance team also wanted the ability to buff dragonmancer to open up more candidates for play. It was their belief that Nunu, in any healthy state, would immediately become the prominent dragonmancer. Additionally we need to consider that they would nunu to still be relevant in his other builds.

The A Sol ulted twice and barely scratched my Nunu (he never dropped below 3/4 HP). I don't know the exact maths but my Nunu had over 8k HP and was 3 Cav. A Sol 3 does 4k dmg to the entire board so I thought I could survive 1 or 2 and then get to him. But the A Sol did even less dmg than I thought he would.
